If a fellow wishes to make a complaint, or give a report of concern he or she should do so in writing, then submit it to his proper chain of command so that it can receive the proper consideration.

He must interact with the women in his church and community in a manner that suggests that he hold a high level of respect for all women, and especially those whom are married. He must understand that families are the foundation of his community and he should support and promote the principles of building a good and strong family. He should never take any action or offer any advice that could bring harm to a family, or ultimately lead to the deconstruction of a marriage or family. If a marriage is in distress the only council he may give is that which is useful in restoring the marriage. Female members should conduct themselves likewise in regards to men. A fellow should conduct himself with such discipline and mature conduct in this matter that women will consider him to be a man who is incorruptible. Even to the extent that both men and women become discouraged at the task of corrupting him.
