Christians hold a high rating when it comes to employability. That is because it is widely known that Christians will adhere to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Employers in both Public and Private Sectors enjoy great success and gains from the hiring of Christians. The corporations that make up our world industries truly understand the value of Christian Technologies (Faith in our Lord). Be sure to properly insert your Christian faith when filling out your next job application.
Why organize a Community Job Program in your church?
As a member of your church you have the privilege of being
in the company of other members who hold valuable information that could
help you launch a promising career. For you and for other members of your
church who are seeking employment. This is because some of your fellow church
members are already enjoying Job Security in a very thriving industry. The
individual who is sitting right next to you in Mass may have the information
you need to get you on your way to enjoying Job Security. But these resources
often go unnoticed simply because we do not have an active Job Program.
Talk to your Pastor about appointing yourself or another
member to be the administrators of the Job Program at your church. Explain some
of the benefits in having such a program available to all members of the church
as well as to the community. If your pastor says your church is not currently
setup to support such a program then you can ask if it would be alright if the
administrator at your church may corresponded with an administrator at a sister church who is
currently enjoying the benefits of a Job Program.
The administrators will
collect job openings and development information from fellow church members as
well as from other mediums in the community then pass this information on to
the church members who are seeking employment. Job listings can be posted after
mass for fellow church members and non members to review. This might even
prompt an increase in attendance from your community. When a program such as
this meets success it can mean enrichments not only for your church but also
for the entire community. If we are to begin rebuilding our
commonwealth it is we who must take a bold initiative. And there is none other
than your church in a better position to launch such a valuable project.
